TL;DR: Company accounts let insurance housing companies, RMCs, corporate travel teams, and other organizations manage bookings through a dedicated dashboard. An Admin creates the account, invites Bookers, configures overlay terms, and builds a network of partner Hosts — so Bookers can place stays with pre-agreed terms that auto-append to every rental agreement.
Who this is for: 👥 Booker 🏠 Host 📋 Admin
🚨 Insurance Housing: Insurance housing companies are one of the most common company types on Radius. If you're setting up a company account for insurance housing placements, this article walks through every step — from creating the account to building your partner Host network.
Overview
A Company account on Radius is the hub for organizations that place midterm stays on behalf of others — insurance housing companies placing displaced policyholders, RMCs managing relocations, corporate travel teams booking extended business stays, and similar.
With a Company account, an organization gets:
A company dashboard with booking history, reporting, and team management
Members — team members who search, shortlist, and place stays on behalf of Guests
Partner Host settings — Hosts who accept your organization's terms automatically on every booking
Configurable rental agreement overlay terms — additional clauses that auto-append to rental agreements for confirmed partner Host bookings
Partnership options — additional configurations including referral arrangements and rebates, tailored to your organization's partner relationships
The Admin (typically a manager or team lead) sets everything up. Bookers then place stays using the company account, with all the pre-configured terms and partner relationships in place.
Step 1 — Create the Company account
The company Admin creates the account on Radius. During setup, you'll provide:
Company name and contact information
Industry type — insurance housing, corporate relocation, corporate travel, healthcare staffing, or other
📋 Admin: You'll be the account owner after setup. You can add additional Admins later from the company dashboard. Account creation takes a few minutes — once complete, you can immediately start inviting Bookers and setting up partner Hosts.
Step 2 — Invite team members to your company
Bookers are the team members who place stays on behalf of Guests. Each Booker gets their own login and can search listings, shortlist properties, place bookings, and manage active stays — all under the company account.
📋 Admin: Invite Bookers from the company dashboard by entering their email addresses. They'll receive an invitation to join your organization on Radius. You can manage Booker access at any time — add new team members or remove access as your team changes.
👥 Booker: When you receive an invitation, click the link to join the company account. Once you're in, you'll see the company dashboard and can start placing stays immediately. Every booking you place is tied to the company account — your Admin can see all company bookings, reporting, and activity.
Step 3 — Set up your partner Hosts
Partner Hosts are Hosts who have agreed to your organization's terms in advance. When a Host joins your partner network, your overlay terms auto-append to the rental agreement every time one of your Bookers books their property — no extra steps at booking time.
Setting up rental agreement overlay terms
Overlay terms are additional clauses your organization requires on rental agreements — billing arrangements, extension procedures, early termination terms, or other requirements that go beyond the Host's standard agreement. These terms layer on top of the Host's base rental agreement; they don't replace the Host's cancellation policy, House Rules, or damage deposit.
📋 Admin: Configure your overlay terms in the partner dashboard. This is a one-time setup — the terms you set here will auto-append to every rental agreement when your Bookers book with partner Hosts. You can update the template at any time; changes apply to future bookings only (existing signed agreements are locked).
Additional partnership configurations
Beyond overlay terms, Radius supports additional partnership options — including referral arrangements, rebates, and other configurations that can be tailored to each partner relationship. These settings are managed through the partner dashboard.
📋 Admin: Partnership configurations are flexible and depend on your organization's agreements with individual Hosts. Reach out to Radius Support if you'd like help setting up or adjusting these options for your account.
Step 4 — Invite Hosts to your partner network
Once your overlay terms and partnership configurations are set, invite Hosts to become partner Hosts. When a Host accepts, they agree to your overlay terms applying automatically to every booking your Bookers place with them.
📋 Admin: Send partnership invitations from the partner dashboard. Hosts receive the invitation with a preview of your overlay terms so they know what they're agreeing to. You can invite Hosts at any time — there's no limit to the size of your partner network.
🏠 Host: You'll receive a partnership invitation from the company Admin. Review the overlay terms carefully before accepting — once you accept, those terms automatically append to the rental agreement for every booking that company's Bookers place with you. Accepting a partnership doesn't change your base rental agreement, cancellation policy, or House Rules. Overlay terms are added on top of your existing setup — they don't replace anything.
💡 Tip: A Host can be in multiple partner networks at the same time. Each partner's overlay terms apply only to that partner's bookings — Radius handles the routing automatically.
How bookings work after setup
Once your company account is set up — Bookers invited, overlay terms configured, partner Hosts onboarded — the booking workflow is streamlined.
Booking a partner Host
When one of your Bookers books a property from a Host in your partner network, the overlay terms auto-append to the rental agreement. No extra steps — the Host already opted in when they accepted the partnership, and the Booker's organization set the terms through the Admin.
👥 Booker: At checkout, you'll see the full rental agreement including your company's overlay terms. Review the complete agreement before approving — the overlay section appears alongside the cancellation policy and House Rules.
🏠 Host: No action needed at booking time. The overlay terms you agreed to during partnership acceptance are appended automatically. You'll see the full agreement (including overlays) in your messages thread for the booking.
Booking a non-partner Host
If the Host isn't in your partner network, overlay terms are not auto-included. The Booker can still request that specific terms be added — this happens through the booking conversation thread before the rental agreement is finalized.
👥 Booker: If you need specific terms added to the agreement (for example, clauses your organization requires for insurance housing placements), message the Host through the booking thread. Describe the terms you need — the Host can add them before you approve the agreement.
🏠 Host: You'll receive the Booker's request in your booking conversation thread. Review the requested terms and add the relevant clauses to the rental agreement before the Booker approves. You can edit the agreement in real time from the booking details.
🚨 Insurance Housing: Many insurance housing bookings start with non-partner Hosts. If you're a Booker at an insurance housing company and need specific terms added, the manual request process works well for one-off bookings. For Hosts you work with repeatedly, ask your Admin to invite them to your partner network — so terms apply automatically on every future booking.

Frequently asked questions
What types of organizations can create a Company account?
Any organization that places midterm stays on behalf of others — insurance housing companies, relocation management companies (RMCs), corporate travel teams, healthcare staffing agencies, and similar. If your team books accommodations for people who aren't doing the searching themselves, a Company account is the right fit.
How many Bookers can I add?
There's no limit. Add as many Bookers as your team needs — each gets their own login and can place stays under the company account.
Do overlay terms replace the Host's rental agreement?
No. Overlay terms are added on top of the Host's base rental agreement — their cancellation policy, House Rules, and damage deposit stay in place. Overlays add your organization's specific requirements without changing the Host's existing setup.
Can a Host be in multiple partner networks?
Yes. A Host can accept invitations from multiple companies. Each company's overlay terms apply only to bookings placed by that company's Bookers — Radius handles the routing automatically.
What if a Host I need isn't in my partner network?
Your Booker can still book with non-partner Hosts. They'll request any needed terms through the booking conversation thread, and the Host adds them manually before the agreement is finalized. If you work with that Host frequently, have your Admin invite them to your partner network so terms apply automatically going forward.
Are there additional partnership options beyond overlay terms?
Yes. Radius supports additional configurations — including referral arrangements, rebates, and other options tailored to your partner relationships. These are managed in the partner dashboard, and Radius Support can help you explore what's available for your account.
