How booking works

Every booking on Radius follows the same flow, whether you're a company Booker placing a guest or a direct guest booking for yourself.

The booking flow

  1. Search — Find furnished accommodations by location, dates, and filters (pet-friendly, parking, extension-friendly, etc.).

  2. Shortlist — Save properties to a shortlist to compare side by side.

  3. Share — Send the shortlist to your guest, manager, or adjuster for review.

  4. Place — Submit a booking request to the Host. Most Bookers complete this in under 10 minutes.

What happens next

The Host reviews and confirms (or declines) the request. Once confirmed, the Guest receives check-in details and the stay is booked. All communication stays in one thread on the platform.
