How does booking work?

Search, shortlist, share, and place — how every booking works on Radius, from search to confirmed stay.

TL;DR: Search for accommodations, shortlist your favorites, share options with your team or Guest, then place the booking. The Host confirms, and the Guest gets check-in details — all in one thread.

The booking flow

Every booking on Radius follows four steps:

1. Search

Enter your destination, dates, and number of guests. Radius shows you available furnished accommodations with real-time pricing and availability.

2. Shortlist

Save the properties that fit your needs to a shortlist. This makes it easy to compare options side by side before committing.

3. Share

Send your shortlist to your team, your Guest, or anyone who needs to weigh in. They can review the options directly on the platform.

4. Place

Once you've decided, place the booking. The Host is notified immediately.

What happens after you book

🏠 Host: You'll receive the booking request in your dashboard. Review the details and confirm or decline. Once confirmed, the booking is locked in and the Guest is notified.

👤 Guest: After the Host confirms, you'll receive check-in details — address, access instructions, and any house rules — directly in your booking thread.

Communication

All communication for a booking lives in a single thread on the platform. Messages, updates, and booking details are in one place — no need to dig through email chains or text messages.

👥 Booker: You can follow the entire booking lifecycle from your dashboard — from the moment you place it through check-in and checkout.
