Overview
Radius supports property tours and doesn't gatekeep how you and a booker set one up. You pick a tour method on each listing, and bookers use it to reach you. Whatever fits your operation works, and the message thread is always open as a fallback.
How it works: step by step
1. Choose a tour method on your listing
On each listing you can set how bookers arrange a tour:
Text us: bookers text your reservation line to schedule.
Call for in-person: bookers call your reservation line to set one up.
Request via website: bookers open a link where they request or book a tour, for example your own scheduling page.
Self-guided: you provide instructions only, such as lockbox access, hours, and what to expect on site.
đ Host: The Text us and Call options use your company reservation line, never a personal cell. If you run as a solo host without a reservation line, those two options aren't available. Use Request via website or Self-guided instead.
2. Add tour instructions to the listing
Add hours, access details, and what to expect on site so bookers know what to do before they reach out.
3. Coordinate the tour
Bookers reach you through the method you chose. You can also work out a tour directly in the message thread at any time.
đ„ Booker: In an inquiry thread you can click Request a tour, which sends the host a templated message asking what times work. Even if a host hasn't set a tour method, you can also just message them in the thread to arrange one.

Common situations
I'm a solo host without a reservation line
The Text us and Call options aren't available, to keep personal numbers private. Use Request via website or Self-guided instead.
I haven't set a tour method
Bookers can still message you in the thread to arrange a tour. Radius doesn't block this, so you can always work out something that fits both sides.

No. The Text us and Call options use your company reservation line, never a personal cell.
Can bookers request a tour inside Radius?
Yes. In an inquiry thread, a booker can click Request a tour, which sends you a templated message asking what times work. You reply through your chosen tour method, or work out the details right there in the thread. Scheduling the tour time inside Radius, with calendar integrations, is coming; for now you confirm the time in the thread.
