Reporting a problem
If something goes wrong during your stay, here's how to get help.
Contact your Host first
For property issues (maintenance, appliances, access problems), message your Host through the booking thread on Radius. Most issues are resolved directly between Host and Guest.
If the issue isn't resolved
If you can't resolve the issue with your Host, contact Radius support:
Email: our support team
Include: Your booking ID, a description of the issue, and any photos.
We'll review the situation and work with both parties to find a resolution.
