Who pays the booking fee?

The Host pays the booking fee. Radius charges a flat 8% booking fee, deducted from the Host's payout after each completed booking.

What Companies and Guests pay

Nothing extra. The price you see on a listing is the price you pay — no service fee, no surcharge, no hidden markup at checkout.

What Hosts receive

Hosts receive 92% of the listing rate. The 8% booking fee is deducted automatically from each payout. There are no listing fees, no annual subscription, and no upfront costs. Hosts only pay when a booking happens.

How it compares

Most short-term rental platforms split fees between host and guest, and add a service fee at checkout. On Radius, the rate the Booker or Guest sees at search is the rate they pay — period. For Hosts, a flat 8% is materially lower than typical platform fees elsewhere.

Extensions

The same 8% booking fee applies to the extension portion of a stay. Same flow, just on the additional days.
