Radius charges a flat 8% booking fee on every completed booking. Here's how it works:
For Companies and Guests: Free to use. The price you see on a listing is the price you pay — no markups, no hidden fees.
For Hosts: A flat 8% booking fee is deducted from each booking payout. No listing fees, no annual subscription, no upfront costs. You only pay when you earn.
Why a flat fee?
Unlike platforms that layer commissions, referral fees, and markups, Radius keeps it simple. One flat rate. No middlemen. The rate the Host publishes is the rate the company or guest sees.
