What does Radius cost?

Radius charges a flat 8% booking fee to hosts. Companies and guests use the platform free — the price you see is the price you pay.

TL;DR: Radius charges a flat 8% booking fee on every completed booking, paid by the Host. It's free for Companies, Bookers, and Guests. No listing fees, no subscriptions.

Who this is for: 👤 Guest 👥 Booker 🏠 Host

One flat rate

Radius keeps pricing simple: a flat 8% booking fee on every completed booking. That's it — one rate for everyone, no tiers, no hidden costs.

Who pays what

🏠 Host: You pay the 8% booking fee. It's automatically deducted from your payout when a booking completes — no invoices to track or separate payments to make.

👥 Booker: Free. Your company pays nothing to use Radius — no platform fees, no per-booking charges.

👤 Guest: Free. You pay the nightly rate for your accommodation — Radius doesn't add any fees on top.

What's not charged

  • No listing fees — Hosts can list as many properties as they want at no cost.

  • No annual subscription — there's no recurring fee to keep your account active.

  • No middlemen — the booking fee goes to Radius, not to a chain of intermediaries.

💡 Tip: The 8% booking fee is calculated on the total booking value and is only charged when a booking completes. If a booking is canceled, no fee is charged.
