How Company admins and managers can view booking & payment details

Who this is for: 📋 Admin

As a Company admin or manager, you can see every booking, every payment, and every rebate your company has on Radius — all from one place.

Where to find it

Go to bookradius.com/reporting — or click Reporting in your Company navigation. Three tabs, all exportable to CSV.

[note: if you don't have access to this, contact the Company account owner to change your roles to 'Admin']

Tabs

Bookings

One row per booking — property, host, guest, dates, status, vertical, and the rate, fees, payouts, and rebates on each. Filter by date range, status, or vertical (Insurance, Book for Others, etc.).

Payments

A line-item ledger for accounting. Each row is a posted line — rent installment, refund, fee, or deposit — with its scheduled date, status, and the booking it covers. Refunds appear as negative credit lines. Filter by month, quarter, YTD, or a custom range.
