Your stay on Radius
Whether you were placed by a company or booked directly, here's what to expect.
Before check-in
You'll receive check-in details from your Host, including the address, access instructions, and any house rules. This information is available in your booking details on Radius.
During your stay
Communicate with your Host directly through the Radius platform. If you need anything — maintenance, questions about the property, local info — message your Host in the booking thread.
Extensions
Need to stay longer? If your company placed the booking, ask your Booker to request an extension. If you booked directly, request it from your booking details page. The Host approves, and the extension is confirmed automatically.
Check-out
Follow the Host's check-out instructions in your booking details. Leave the property in the condition you found it.
