What should I expect as a Guest?

Check-in details, host communication, extensions, and check-out — everything you need to know about your Radius stay.

TL;DR: Your Host will send you check-in details before arrival. Use the Radius platform to communicate during your stay, and contact your Booker or the Host directly if you need to extend.

Before you arrive

Your Host will provide check-in details ahead of your stay, including:

  • Property address and directions

  • Access instructions (keys, lockbox codes, smart locks)

  • House rules and any special notes

💡 Tip: Review your check-in details as soon as they arrive so you can ask questions before your trip.

During your stay

If you have questions or need something during your stay, communicate with your Host through the Radius platform. This keeps everything in one place and gives both sides a record of the conversation.

Need to extend your stay?

Extensions are common — especially for insurance-related stays. Here's what to do:

  • If you were placed by a Booker, contact your Booker to coordinate the extension.

  • If you booked directly, reach out to your Host through Radius to request additional nights.

Check-out

Follow your Host's check-out instructions, which typically cover:

  • Check-out time

  • Key return or lock-up steps

  • Any tidying expectations (dishes, trash, linens)
