How do Host payouts work?

Funds released 24 hours after guest check-in. Stripe ACH takes 2–5 business days. Flat 8% booking fee deducted per payout.

TL;DR: Radius pays Hosts through Stripe. Funds are released 24 hours after guest check-in, with the 8% booking fee already deducted. ACH deposits typically arrive in 2–5 business days.

Payout timeline

Here's what happens after a booking is confirmed:

  1. Guest checks in — the payout clock starts.

  2. 24 hours after check-in — Radius releases your funds to Stripe.

  3. 2–5 business days later — the deposit arrives in your bank account via ACH.

How the booking fee is deducted

The flat 8% booking fee is automatically deducted from each payout. The rate you list on Radius is the rate the Guest sees — no additional fees are added on top. You receive 92% of the booking total, and the math is always the same for extensions.

💡 Tip: You can review your payout history and fee breakdowns from the Host dashboard at any time.

Setting up your payout account

During onboarding, you'll connect a Stripe Express account. This is where Radius sends your payouts. The setup takes a few minutes and Stripe handles the rest.

Updating your bank details

Need to change your bank account or update payment information? You can do this directly from your Host dashboard — no need to contact support.
