Bookers are the people inside companies who book stays on behalf of guests — relocation specialists, account managers, insurance housing coordinators.
The Booker workflow
Search — Enter the location, dates, and any filters (pet-friendly, extension-friendly, near a specific address).
Shortlist — Add properties to a shortlist to compare.
Share — Send the shortlist to your guest or manager for review and approval.
Place — Submit the booking request. The Host confirms, and the Guest gets check-in details.
The entire workflow happens in one window. Most Bookers complete a placement in under 10 minutes.
Team features
Company admins can invite Bookers, manage team access, and view all placements across the organization from the company dashboard.
